The AutoRaise Cadet Programme

The AutoRaise Cadet Programme

FILLING THE TALENT PIPELINE

AutoRaise, working in conjunction with the Believe in Young People (BiYP) charity, offer a totally new concept to foster interest in our industry before students are ready to leave full time education. 13-15 year olds enrol with an affiliated vehicle repairer and commit to a programme of mentoring, industry-specific education, work experience and written assignments. They are continually encouraged to pursue the path to an Apprenticeship so that, when they are ready to leave full time education, they will start their course already motivated, knowledgeable and with an understanding of the workplace and their employer.

BiYP both prepares and places young people into the world of work, bringing together educators and employers to offer young people the best possible chance to find a job or successfully apply for an Apprenticeship. They help provide employers with a pipeline of high quality talent, ‘work ready’ for Apprenticeships and jobs, which can be mapped with your future workforce needs. They manage the entire process, facilitating sustained links between your company, schools and colleges, identifying suitable students and integrating your involvement in a consistent and structured manner.
