Apprenticeships

SETTING THE STANDARD

AutoRaise have a number of affiliations with schools, colleges and independent agencies that provide potential candidates for placement in the Vehicle Repair industry and we work with these organisations to try to place candidates with employers. We promote all recognised Vehicle Repair Apprenticeships to young people, both our own Multi-skilled AutoRaise Apprenticeship and the traditional single-skill path and all other available Apprenticeships, to present the body repair industry as a realistic alternative to other employment opportunities, further education or university.

When a young person registers their interest in becoming part of our industry, AutoRaise contacts a number of businesses in the candidate’s geographical area to enable the best chance of being offered employment in the sector. We make initial contact with potential employers and receive their confirmation that they would like an introduction to the candidate. Once confirmation is agreed, the candidate is put in direct contact with the potential employer to interview and continue or cease the process based on their needs at the time and their own judgement of suitability.
